I’ve spent a lot of time traveling the stretch of 30A, and what impresses me most is the quality of growth and the eclectic nature of its communities. Moving from one place to the next can feel like entering a completely different world—each spot has its own vibe and charm. Grayton Beach, for example, exudes that laid-back, bohemian old-Florida feel, while Alyss Beach (Santorini USA, with its all white stucco homes) leans modern and planned with a more curated experience. All along that corridor, you find upscale homes with access to some of the best beaches in America. It’s a huge destination for people wanting the New Urbanism lifestyle—walkability, community, and top-notch amenities—without paying the high coastal Florida premium as you would in more crowded places on the Eastern Florida peninsula. For those reasons, I see 30A as a compelling choice for upscale coastal living with a variety of styles and experiences.
