Navarre Beach strikes me as one of those places that’s still keeping its small- town beach charm, despite growing popularity. The waterfront homes here are a mix of classic beach houses and modern Gulf-front builds, many with sweeping balconies that make the most of the views. Navarre Beach has an unpretentious feel—less polished and touristy than some other spots, which in my book is a good thing. The wide sandy beaches and slower pace are definitely reasons why I think folks looking for relaxed coastal living with a genuine neighborhood feel should consider Navarre. There is substantial upscale new construction occurring throughout Navarre Beach, as it takes its place as a prime destination location for those wanting quality living in the coastal environment.
