With over 20 years of experience in real estate sales and before that, a background as a mortgage banker, I bring a deep understanding of high-end property markets. My real estate career began in the competitive Northern Virginia market before my wife, Carla, and I made a heartfelt decision to relocate to Florida’s breathtaking Emerald Coast—a region we fell in love with after years of visiting its beautiful beaches and vibrant communities.

Settling in The Portofino on Pensacola Beach, I embraced a new chapter serving discerning clients who seek the unique coastal lifestyle that defines this area. After only a few months in our new dream location, life presented profound challenges. Carla was diagnosed with leukemia, and her courageous battle was fought until November, 2023. This deeply reshaped my perspective as I decided to stay in this area, and strengthened my commitment to this remarkable community. Today, I channel my energy into building a client-focused, personalized real estate practice that draws from my experience in dynamic markets and an authentic connection to this coast.

One thing that sets me apart is my dedication to truly understanding the buyer’s mindset—helping clients navigate the many distinctive communities along the Emerald Coast with insight, transparency, and care. This is a “destination market”, one in which many are moving in and very few are moving out. This is destined to continue for decades. 

For sellers, I limit my active listings to no more than 3 at any given time, and never 2 on the same block.

This helps maintain intense focus on every property, offering creative marketing beyond the typical listing process, which I define as “The 3 P’s”:

PLACE a sign on the lawn;
